We will answer you as soon as possible and will inform, whether the apartment that you have chosen is available for your reservation dates. If the chosen apartment is not free, we will try to find for you variants appropriate to your wishes and suggest similar available apartment. If the chosen apartment is free, you can reserve it.

How to reserve

To reserve the apartment with the guarantee, it is necessary to pay the advance fee in amount one night stay fee (the advance fee will be included in total sum of staying in the apartment). Please, pay attention that in case of your cancellation of renting flat, the advance fee is not refundable.
Ways of payment:

• Via Western Union
• By cash by means of your representative in Odessa

Moving in the apartment

There are two variants:
1. We give you address of the reserved apartment and you reach the apartment by your own where you will be met by an owner of the flat or by our representative.

2. Our representative meets you at the airport at the appointed time and takes you by car to the reserved apartment (more information you can find in Service).

As a rule, check in time is not earlier than 1 p.m., check out time - not later than midday, but if you prefer the different time, please, inform us beforehand. Most owners prefer to have a deposit of 50-100 dollars again damages that will be refunded on departure if any damages in the apartment don't take place.
